Common wear parts are kept in stock at our warehouse and can typically be shipped within 2–3 days.
For non-standard or imported parts, we will determine the delivery schedule based on our supply channels, with shipments usually arranged within 1–2 weeks.
In urgent situations, we can prioritize processing through expedited logistics or nearby partner warehouses to minimize your downtime, ensuring your production efficiency and protecting your interests.
TSINFA CNC machine centers are built to be the best for long-term duty and high accuracy. They are widely used in the Automotive industry for engine parts, transmission components, interior ornament accessories, automotive instrument panels; Aerospace for structural members made from aluminum, titanium, and steel; Precision industries for molds, dies, and mechanical parts that require precision machining; Electrical housings and connectors.
In addition to these industries, our machines are utilised in the general machinery industry, the energy sector, and all other special sectors where a regularity of precision with stability-speed at top production rates is inevitable.
Daily maintenance is crucial for guaranteeing the long-term stable operation and high precision for your CNC machining centers. Before starting the machine, operators should inspect the lubrication and cooling systems to confirm adequate fluid levels and smooth circulation. During machining, promptly remove chips and dust to prevent wear on moving components such as guideways and lead screws. Additionally, conduct regular inspections of the spindle, tool holders, and guide surfaces for looseness, abnormal vibrations, or noise. Monitor the operational status of air supply sources, electrical connections, and control panels. After each shift, wipe down the machine tool to maintain a clean work environment, and promptly document and report any anomalies.
Establishing sound daily maintenance practices not only effectively extends equipment lifespan but also ensures consistent machining accuracy and long-term production stability.
Each TSINFA CNC machining center undergoes rigorous protective packaging before leaving the factory. The entire machine is secured in a reinforced wooden crate or steel-framed wooden pallet structure, with base mounting points treated for vibration damping to prevent displacement during transit. Critical components such as the spindle, guideways, and ball screws are coated with rust-preventive oil and sealed with moisture-proof film to effectively shield against humidity, dust, and corrosion.
Electrical cabinets and accessories are packed separately in individual boxes, equipped with impact-resistant foam and cushioning layers to ensure safe transport of components. All packaging complies with international maritime and land transport standards, featuring prominent center-of-gravity and anti-tilt markings on outer containers.
Prior to shipment, the packaging team conducts multi-point inspections and maintains photographic records to ensure the equipment reaches you in optimal condition.
Following equipment delivery, TSINFA will provide comprehensive technical follow-up support. Upon request, our engineers can visit your site to assist with installation and commissioning, helping your operators become familiar with the control system. We ensure machine tool precision meets specification requirements before commencing production.
Should operational issues arise, we also offer remote support. Whether optimizing machining programs, troubleshooting system alerts, or adjusting parameters, our expert engineers provide timely, hands-on guidance via video or remote connection to minimize downtime and safeguard your production efficiency.
For long-term clients, we offer ongoing technical guidance and upgrade recommendations. When material changes, process innovations, or control system updates arise, the TSINFA team will conduct on-site assessments to propose customized solutions, striving to maintain your production efficiency and machining precision.
Our objective is clear: to ensure every delivered machine operates reliably on your production line, backed by professional technical support whenever needed.
All TSINFA CNC machining centers undergo rigorous inspection during production. We are ISO9001:2015 certified, having written procedure for every step from component procurement through final assembly. CE certification is also carried by our machines to guarantee European standards of safety and performance. Our production processes are audited periodically to ensure that each unit shipped operates reliably and to customer production specifications.
Spindle and guideway oil impact the accuracy and service life of machine tools. We suggest to change it for every 6-12 months. But, If your machine tool receives heavy or cutting load and is exposed in dusty and hot environment, you can replace more often.
We prefer a few international terms of trade, including EXW (Ex Works), FOB (Free on Board), and CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight). We can choose specific ones based on customer requirements and shipping conditions.
Usually, if you prefers to arrange shipping themselves, EXW can be applied. If they prefer us to set up export shipping, FOB or CIF can be employed. We shall establish the trade terms before each order so delivery and liability are clearly understood, permitting ease of cnc machining center receipt for you.
Certainly. Simply provide your workpiece drawings and machining requirements, and our engineers will recommend or customize a suitable CNC machining center based on your required workpiece dimensions, machining precision, material, and production volume.
Yes. our professional engineers can arrive your site for installation, leveling, and setup. If on-site service isn’t possible, we can offer video guide.
